House Update

Guess it's time for a house update now that it finally looks different.

This is the post tension system. It is part of the foundation. We didn't get a photo of ours as it was done while we were out of town. This our neighbor's post tension system. They have the same model and same layout as ours.

And the whole house has styrofoam and chicken wire and is ready for stucco.

And at the end of last week they dug our pool!!

They also did the spray foam insulation this past week.

And on Saturday they were putting up the drywall. This is the great room.

Starting to look like a real house!! We got our final walk thru date - March 3. And our close date is scheduled for March 8!! Now we can start the countdown!!

The ABC's according to Ryleigh

We were driving home tonight and Ryleigh was singing the ABCs. This is how it went:

Q-R-S

W-X-Y-Z
Now I know my ABC
H-I-J-K-lmno-P (she replaces "next time won't you sing with me")

Now I know my ABC...."

It was the never ending ABC's. We kept wondering why she'd never get back to A. Tonight we figured it out!! Crazy kid!!
