On December 23, Ryleigh participated in my parent's neighborhood Christmas Play. We started doing the play 17 years ago with all the neighborhood kids. Now our kids are in the play. Neat to see the tradition carry on. Last year, Ryleigh was a sheep. This year she was an angel. She even got to participate in the Angel dance which I choreographed and started years ago. The choreography has gotten simpler over the years, but the song is still the same.

After the dance she's supposed to go over to the manger scene. During rehearsal she'd been standing right where that chicken's cage is. Here she is staring at the chicken, trying to figure out what to do.
She finally figured out there was a spot up front so she'd go up there, but she refused to sit down.
